Every customer is assigned a contact. A member of our staff, who is also the responsible project manager, will be your direct contact in every respect.
Our fee is made up of a fixed element and a contingent element.
Before we accept a mandate, we define the goals, set down the duties in detail and set a timeframe. This and our fee agreement are then made binding on both parties within our mandate agreement.
